Safety training is mandatory for all workers pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/08 and consists of a 4-hour general module and a specific module, lasting from 4 to 12 hours depending on the risk level (low, medium, high). In accordance with the State-Regions Agreement of 17/04/2025, training must be consistent with the activity performed: when choosing the course, it is therefore necessary to consider the sector, ATECO code and job role.
